- Source suitable tenant mix based on the centre positioning of each assigned trade to strengthen the retail offerings.
- Coordinate placement of the right brands for each assigned trade.
- Manage the assigned tenants or retailers for each assigned trade.
- Coordinate prospecting, site visit and technical clarification activities for the assigned trade.
- Initiate leasing negotiation and commercial terms discussion with the Tenants or Retailers to secure tenancies for the assigned trade.
- Conduct market survey to keep abreast of the latest retail trends and changes.
- Preparing tenancy management documentations and leasing reports as assigned.
- Retail background with retail centre management or related retail industry.
- Good retail networking with the retailers and their representatives.
- Understand the retail expansion approval process.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Real estate/ Business/Economics/ Management, etc
- No less than 3 years work experience in the retail centre management industry (or related).
- Shopping mall background is a bonus.
