As the HR Shared Services Function Lead , you will oversee end-to-end HR services including payroll & employee data management , ensuring a seamless employee experience across regions. Beyond managing day-to-day operations, you will also play a key role in process optimization, system transformation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives . This is a leadership role where you will lead a team, manage key stakeholders, and ensure HR shared services continues to be a trusted and value-adding partner to the business.
