As the HR Shared Services Function Lead , you will oversee end-to-end HR services including payroll & employee data management , ensuring a seamless employee experience across regions. Beyond managing day-to-day operations, you will also play a key role in process optimization, system transformation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives . This is a leadership role where you will lead a team, manage key stakeholders, and ensure HR shared services continues to be a trusted and value-adding partner to the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll processing across multiple regions Drive compliance and data integrity across all employee lifecycle activities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations, align processes, and manage vendor relationships Champion process improvements, automation, and system enhancements (e.g., SAP, Workday) Ensure team performance and service delivery excellence across functions Support transformation or implementation projects (HRIS/payroll) in alignment with business goals Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 8 years' experience in HR / HR shared services, with strong hands-on experience in payroll and employee lifecycle management Proven track record in leading regional payroll and HR operations teams Experience with HR systems like SAP, Workday, or other major HRIS platforms Strong project management skills and involvement in process improvement/HR transformation initiatives Effective people manager, stakeholder communicator, and problem solver Detail-oriented with strong compliance and data governance mindset Show more Show less
