Job Title: Localization Software Development Engineer (South East Asia) - ERP Chinese Speaking Required Location: Kuala Lumpur City Center Programming Langrage: Java Department: Yonyou BIP Globalization R&D Business Unit Job Type: [Full-Time] Job Summary: We are looking for Software Development Engineers with solid development and design experience to conduct localized solution development for the financial module of our ERP product (BIP) in the Southeast Asian markets. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of ERP systems and be capable of designing and developing solutions based on product requirements. This role requires close collaboration with the Group&aposs team to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of the localized ERP financial module. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the localization R&D of the BIP Financial Cloud product lines. Conduct detailed design and code implementation based on localization requirements and leveraging platform capabilities. Enhance product extensibility, stability, and performance by continuous code refactoring and optimization . Collaborate with the Group&aposs development team to continuously improve localized products. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor&aposs degree or above in Computer Science or related fields. Experience: At least 3 years of Java development experience. Skills: Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and common design patterns. Familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis, and understand their operating principles. Proficient in at least one mainstream RDBMS (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle), skilled in SQL, with SQL tuning experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, clear thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to independently analyze and solve problems. Excellent sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork ability, ability to work under pressure, positive attitude, and initiative to integrate into the team. Proficient in English and Mandarin.
