Job Responsibility Responsible for overall company financial accounting Preparing a full set of accounts and monthly financial reports Monitor the cash flow position of the company and make projections of future cash flow. Assist in year-end audits and prepare audit schedules, including liaising with external and internal auditors and tax agents as required. Contribute inputs in cost variance analysis, financial budgeting, and forecasting as and when required. Lead and guide junior team members in completing the accounting tasks. Liaise with clients for outstanding documents and information to ensure the completeness of bookkeeping tasks. Offering recommendations to management regarding short and long-term financial goals and policies Support the implementation of new processes and systems. Job Requirements Mandarin speaker required. Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Financial/ Accounting or equivalent. At least 5 years of working experience in account field Ability to handle full sets and account operations. Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office / SQL. Possess strong analytical skills.
