We are looking for an Account Executive to be part of our dynamic team. If you&aposre passionate about helping businesses optimize their financial operations, building strong client relationships, and driving success in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you. Scope of Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting tasks. Manage daily card transactions, including matching, reconciliation, settlement and resolve any discrepancies. Reconcile daily balances for customer accounts and maintain accurate records. Reconcile daily transactions and bank statements, resolving discrepancies. Prepare and review quotations, invoices, contracts, and purchase orders, ensuring timely issuance and billing. Generate purchase orders to suppliers for the procurement. Create and issue sales invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments. Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve order issues. Collaborate with relevant departments for inventory management and reconciliation. Collaborate with internal teams for accurate billing and settlement of card transactions. Handle staff claims, reimbursements, and process requisition forms. Maintain and organise financial records, documents, and reports. Support the department and assist in administrative tasks as needed. Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Job Requirements 1. Educational Background Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage. 2. Experience Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of working experience in accounting, finance, or related roles is an added advantage. 3. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage 4. Soft Skills High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and in a team. 5. Other Requirements Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and work in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
