Accounts Executive

• Minimum education is Degree in any related field.
• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Able to manage full set of accounts and e-invoicing would be an advantage.
• Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.

• Provide administrative support to the operation and sales department, including managing and organizing key documents and data.
• Issue invoices and payment vouchers, and maintain a well-organized filing system.
• Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
• To handle Account payable / Account receivable, statement, general ledger and other accounting functions.
• To handle any ad-hoc that assigned by management.
