As a key member of our team, you&aposll be a "hunter" who thrives on identifying and securing new contract logistics business. Your proven track record in sales and deep industry knowledge will be essential in developing strategic partnerships and exceeding our revenue goals. What You&aposll Do: Strategize for Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on securing long-term contract logistics agreements. Hunt for Opportunities: Actively seek out and acquire new business leads and customers, specializing in warehousing, distribution, and value-added logistics services. Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention by serving as their primary point of contact for all logistics solutions. Collaborate for Success: Partner with our internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to guarantee seamless service delivery for our contract logistics clients. Track Your Success: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and your sales pipeline. What You&aposll Need to Succeed: Industry Expertise: A minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the contract logistics or freight forwarding industry. A "Hunter" Mentality: A strong background in field sales with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Proven Track Record: A history of successful sales achievements and new business acquisition. Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
