About Our Client Our client is a global leader in chemical logistics and one of the foremost providers of integrated warehouse and distribution solutions tailored for the chemical industry. They specialize in safe, compliant, and efficient logistics operations across key chemical hubs globally. In Malaysia, they're expanding their commercial team to strengthen their warehouse sales offering. ???? Role Overview We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive warehouse logistics sales with 100% hunting responsibility. This role is focused on expanding the client base-especially in the non-chemical sector-and securing long-term partnerships. You'll report directly to the Head of Sales and collaborate with an experienced sales team. Key Responsibilities Drive new business for warehouse services located in Westport. Build relationships and close deals with manufacturers, importers, and distributors. Sell solutions related to warehousing, storage, and distribution (dangerous & non-dangerous goods). Identify and engage clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital outreach. Prepare customized proposals, lead negotiations, and finalize contracts. Collaborate across departments to deliver client solutions. Track KPIs and maintain up-to-date reports. ???? Ideal Candidate 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, especially warehouse solutions or logistics. Proven track record in new client acquisition (hunting) -not account management. Experience in chemical logistics is ideal but open to candidates from freight forwarding, shipping, or warehouse B2B sales . Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to work flexible hours for client meetings when necessary. ???? What We Offer Competitive salary (RM 12-13K) + potential bonus (up to 8 months per year).
