Job Responsibility Job Description As a Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in shaping and implementing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal manager will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution skills to lead our marketing initiatives across various channels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Brand Management Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. Digital Marketing Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve online presence. Content Development Create and oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for various platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality content. Campaign Management Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations. Team Leadership Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure team members are aligned with marketing goals and strategies. Budget Management Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively for maximum impact. Track expenses and provide regular budget reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Work closely with external agencies and vendors as needed Job Requirements Education Background: Diploma/Bachelor s Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Management or equivalent. Experience: At least 3-5 years in assistant manager level in healthcare or similar industries. Language Proficiency: Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Skills Organized, independent, strong in time management & problem solving and able to show strong creativity & innovation. Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis. Good knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices Tech: Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel (vlookup, pivot) Flexibility: Willing to travel and work on weekend for event purpose Job Benifits EPF SOSCO EIS HRDF Medical Claim
