- Serve as a direct liaison to the Group Managing Director and Board of Directors, contributing to the development and oversight of strategic and corporate matters.
- Craft, communicate, and execute the Group's mission statement and strategic plans.
- Supervise operational aspects across all levels and collaborate with business partners.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and compile, review, and present operational reports to the Board.
- Implement optimal business practices encompassing budgeting, taxation, transfer pricing, auditing, financial KPIs, and financial performance.
- Identify potential business prospects, conduct thorough due diligence, and prepare feasibility reports.
- Take charge of sales and marketing activities, foster strong customer relationships, identify potential clients, and drive sales growth.
- Assess and report essential metrics and performance of department heads, while developing action plans to accomplish goals and achieve desired performance outcomes.

- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field of study with a minimum of 5 years within a senior management position
- Organisational development skills, strong business acumen and leadership qualities.
