Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers. Assist in preparing customer service reports and feedback to improve service quality. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to company policies and comply with service standards, including safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in a customer service role or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
