Key Responsibilities Manage and expand relationships with major offline retailers such as Watsons, Guardian, Sasa, and other beauty chains. Develop and execute business plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Plan and coordinate in-store activations, promotions, and seasonal product launches. Oversee POSM development (e.g., posters, wobblers) to ensure strong and consistent brand presence. Monitor stock levels, track sell-through performance, and coordinate replenishment and bundling strategies. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans. Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and growth strategies to management. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industries. Proven track record working with major offline retailers and deep understanding of their operational models. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
