If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Functional Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through effective networking, referrals, and business development initiatives. Cultivate and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial needs. Conduct regular reviews to assess changing financial circumstances, goals, and risk profiles, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention through personalized service. Financial Advisory & Solution Provision: Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to understand clients' unique requirements. Provide expert advice across a wide range of private banking products and services. Investment Management: Asset allocation, portfolio construction, equity, fixed income, alternative investments, and structured products. Wealth Planning: Estate planning, succession planning, tax-efficient strategies, and philanthropy. Credit and Lending: Customized borrowing solutions, including mortgages, secured and unsecured loans. Portfolio Management & Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement tailored investment strategies aligned with clients' risk tolerance and financial objectives. Regularly monitor and review client portfolios, making adjustments to optimize performance and mitigate risks. Prepare and present detailed reports on portfolio performance and market outlook to clients. Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards (e.g., AML, KYC). Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Jobholder Requirements: Preferably based in Malaysia Proven sales leadership and a robust client referral network. Education/Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Investment Banking, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Experience/Requirements 5+ years of experience in private banking.
