- End-to-end execution of identified initiatives which includes aligning with all stakeholders on the strategy, operationalizing the initiatives and performing post-implementation analysis.
- Perform customer analysis and segmentation to identify opportunities to increase penetration in Deposits, Investments and Banca.
- Create compelling offers to drive product penetration. This includes ideating campaigns and initiatives, obtaining approvals from senior management, overseeing the creation of marketing materials, launching the campaigns, collaborating with other teams to track results, and conducting post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor development in the market and competition to ensure CIMB remains competitive in terms of loyalty and rewards.
- Develop loyalty and proactive retention programs.
- Work closely with Data Management team to identify customer behavior and triggers essential for managing “at risk” customers.
- Work closely with marketing team to reach out to targeted customers via impactful marketing communications.
