Accountant

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Prefer experience in related field.
• Proficient in accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions /Organize receipts, invoices, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual budgets / Monitor spending to ensure IT stays within the budget.
• Issue invoices to clients for photography services / Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Calculate and process monthly staff salaries / Manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, etc.).
• Reconcile studio bank statements with accounting records.
• Record and categorize studio expenses (e.g. equipment, props, software).
• Prepare and file tax documents (e.g. SST, income tax) / Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for management / Generate profit & loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor cost of items used in shoots (e.g. frames, albums, printing materials).
• Provide financial insights to help management make business decisions.
