- Minimum Diploma, with at least 3 years' working experience in sales or the construction industry.
- Proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently, and able to perform under pressure.
- Good computer skills, especially in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Cantonese, Mandarin is highly valued.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Strong team player.
- Strong knowledge of the construction field, with established contacts among developers and contractors.
- Able to conduct presentations to potential clients, consultants, architects, and quantity surveyors.
- Capable of leading initiatives to achieve company targets, and regularly analyzing competitors' systems, pricing, and market offers to respond proactively.
