  • Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies across multiple channels such as outbound calling campaigns, digital marketing activities and walk-ins
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and systems, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide training and coaching to sales representatives to develop their skills and knowledge
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in financial services or banking
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and persuade others
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
