
Sr Sales Executive, Telesales Sr Analyst

- Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies across multiple channels such as outbound calling campaigns, digital marketing activities and walk-ins
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and systems, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Provide training and coaching to sales representatives to develop their skills and knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in financial services or banking
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and persuade others
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
