- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Pump Station Risk-Based Site Asset Management (RBSAM) strategy to ensure asset integrity, compliance, and performance optimisation.
- Liaise with subcontractors on Level 3 breakdowns, ensuring maintenance activities align with KPIs, SLAs, HSSE standards, and risk-based asset strategies.
- Manage facility management budgets and expenditures, ensuring they remain within approved limits and preventing overruns.
- Oversee fuel inventory management at stations, investigate losses (e.g., leaks, theft, inefficiencies), and implement corrective actions to minimize risks and losses.
- Develop and execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules for fuel systems and ensure timely completion of all work orders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, and HSSE/asset integrity standards, including inspections, certifications, and legal documentation.
- Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, safety, and RBSAM guidelines, while addressing non-compliance.
- Collect, analyse, and maintain accurate asset data in CMMS/EDMS/Oracle/SAP systems, supporting decision-making, audits, and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver management reports, performance dashboards, and compliance documentation for stakeholders and clients.
- Provide operational leadership, coordinating with internal teams (Engineering, HSSE, Finance, Procurement) while supervising and developing site-based staff.
- Degree in Engineering, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or Facility Management from a university recognised by the Malaysian Government.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in asset and facility maintenance management; exposure to retail petrol stations is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office with skills in reporting, presentations, and developing business improvement plans/processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships; fair written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of HSSE practices, local regulations, and general computer literacy.
