Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Trading System SpecialistReporting to: Trading System ManagerResponsibilities:

Assist in the onboarding of Managed Accounts and Social trading strategies
Assist with the day to day operational tasks of the Trading Systems department
such as creation of new strategies, withdrawals, commission payments,
troubleshooting related to Managed Accounts
Assist in the monitoring of Managed Account activities to optimize partner
performance and make sure that requirements are met
Assist all clients on LiveChat, Emails, Phone for questions related to Managed
Accounts and Social Trading
Educate the partners on the companys platforms, trading products, new features
Proactively work to retain existing business and try to expand it
Update Trading Systems team social media channels
Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per the
company policies, ethos and ethics.
Working with the team to ensure KPIs are met.
Supporting and assisting all departments as required

Candidate profile:

A good understanding of CFDs and at least 1-year experience in the industry,
preferably in a customer service/operations position.
Knowledge of affiliates/IB/partnerships in Forex is a bonus
A good understanding of MT4/5 platforms
Well versed in Forex calculations such as pip value, leverage, margin
Driven and results orientated
Strong negotiation skills
Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills
Fluency in English, additional languages will be considered an advantage
Able to work from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Malaysia time.
