- Assist in the onboarding of Managed Accounts and Social trading strategies
- Assist with the day to day operational tasks of the Trading Systems department
- such as creation of new strategies, withdrawals, commission payments,
- troubleshooting related to Managed Accounts
- Assist in the monitoring of Managed Account activities to optimize partner
- performance and make sure that requirements are met
- Assist all clients on LiveChat, Emails, Phone for questions related to Managed
- Accounts and Social Trading
- Educate the partners on the companys platforms, trading products, new features
- Proactively work to retain existing business and try to expand it
- Update Trading Systems team social media channels
- Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per the
- company policies, ethos and ethics.
- Working with the team to ensure KPIs are met.
- Supporting and assisting all departments as required
- A good understanding of CFDs and at least 1-year experience in the industry,
- preferably in a customer service/operations position.
- Knowledge of affiliates/IB/partnerships in Forex is a bonus
- A good understanding of MT4/5 platforms
- Well versed in Forex calculations such as pip value, leverage, margin
- Driven and results orientated
- Strong negotiation skills
- Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- applications.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluency in English, additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Able to work from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Malaysia time.
