Job Title: Assembly and Test Supervisor - Manufacturing / Subsea Shift: Must be open to working night shifts as required An exciting opportunity for an experienced Assembly and Test Supervisor to join a forward-thinking team in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment. This position plays a key leadership role in coordinating production schedules, managing teams, and ensuring the quality and safety of the assembly and testing processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the assembly and test team to deliver high-quality output on schedule Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring workflow optimisation and deadline compliance Monitor production output and quality metrics to ensure products meet specification Train new team members on best practices in assembly techniques, safety, and company standards Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during assembly and testing processes Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality departments to ensure production continuity Champion continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles, including Kaizen activities Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols in the assembly and test areas Set employee objectives, deliver training, and manage performance, including rewards and disciplinary actions Drive team alignment with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics using lean methodologies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred) 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly supervisory role, ideally with subsea product exposure Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement strategies Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health standards Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams Willingness to work night shifts as part of operational coverage If you&aposre a hands-on leader passionate about driving operational excellence and fostering a high-performance culture, we'd love to hear from you.
