PopBox is an automated locker service for the e-commerce market. People can collect, send, and return parcels. Founded in Indonesia in 2015, it expanded into Malaysia in 2017 and is growing quickly. The Malaysia operation is a joint venture between PopBox Asia and Sunway Ventures (Sunway Group's corporate venture capital arm). Key Responsibilities: Manage and be responsible for the performance of all relevant online marketing channels including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and network campaigns. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and relevant parties (including agencies) to work on strategies and execute campaigns and media planning and creative development to drive Popbox adoption and awareness. Analyze online paid media campaigns and product data to derive actionable insights for optimization purposes. Responsible for budget planning and execution, aimed at maximizing marketing effectiveness. Growth hacking through constant testing to discover new marketing opportunities. Prepare, compile and submit detailed weekly reports in a timely manner on marketing campaigns and key campaign outcomes. Attend to customers' complaints and location partner's inquiries as and when required. Generate leads of relevant contact persons for Popbox's advertising offerings. Plan, manage and execute long-term strategies in growing advertising sales for Popbox with brands and agencies. Consult global brands and their media agencies on media planning, budget allocation and optimization of each marketing channel. Use data/reports to make presentations and recommendations to clients. Forge and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the brands and advocate Popbox's advertising offerings. Manage and generate revenue from developmental sales lists or your own network. Develop knowledge and skills in advertising rates, key performance indexes, and any other sales-related functions. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related initiatives and results as needed. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relation or relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in online and offline paid media for online and offline products and proven sales experience in the Advertising industry. Proven track record of driving significant growth with marketing efficiency and advertising sales. Experience in managing brands and agencies. Strong network with direct clients and agencies are required. Strong in planning and organizing skills, innovative and creative. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese would be a plus). Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time. Proficient in managing campaigns across the following advertising platforms - Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and network campaigns. Proficient in marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Branch.io/ Appsflyer. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude to communicating clear solutions to complex problems. Growth hacking mentality and a holistic view of marketing strategy to discover key business opportunities. Good communication skills and all-levels stakeholder management for both internally and externally to strengthen partnerships; collaborate easily with others, and adapt agilely. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, owning the problem and developing the solution. Prior experience with SEO is a plus. Candidate with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills will be prioritized. *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
