Talents Manager Salary Range: RM 36000 - RM 60000 per annumJob Grade: Open from Junior Executive to Senior ExecutiveJob Location: Puchong, SelangorIndustry: Media & MarketingJob Summary: You are responsible for pitching to potential leads, smashing sales targets, and managing influencer campaigns. You have a good understanding and interest within the local influencers circle; enjoy dealing and communicating with people.What you'll do:

Leads generation and closing leads
Smash sales targets
Conceptualize and pitch influencer marketing campaigns
Oversee the execution of social media advertising campaigns under your charge
Build solid rapport with clients and brands
Maintain relationships with existing clients/brands through regular meetings
Build good relationships with influencers
Provide strategic guidance to clients on an ongoing basis; anticipate and address clients’ needs
Work with other team members to achieve individual and team targets
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution

What do you need to have to succeed in this role:

Good knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, and local influencers
Enjoy dealing and communicating with people
Familiar with social media channels such as Instagram and XiaoHongShu
Ability to read and write in Mandarin and English
Highly motivated and target-driven
Minimum 1 year of experience
Experience in driving sales will be a bonus
Candidates from the digital/social media industry are advantageous
