We are looking for a driven Brand Executive to support the growth and daily operations for Nihon Skin. THE OPPORTUNITY This is an Executive role, working directly with the Brand Lead to execute our brand's growth strategy The role provides wide exposure to all aspects of running a brand, with opportunities for quick career progression towards becoming a Brand Lead or a functional expert (e.g. Social Media Marketing) You will join a high-performing team from McKinsey, Procter & Gamble & Lux Asia, with ambitions to be the home to the Southeast Asia&aposs best-run consumer brands of tomorrow YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Run campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Meta Ads to drive sales and grow brand visibility. Create and support creative briefs for Meta Ads and social content, working closely with the Growth and Creative teams. Plan and manage social media content, especially on Instagram, to keep it engaging, consistent, and on-brand. Coordinate brand collaborations with influencers, content creators, and communities to reach new audiences. Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints from marketplace listings to campaign visuals. Track beauty trends and customer insights through surveys, reviews, and research to inform content and product decisions. Support product launches and bundle offers to increase visibility and conversion on all platforms. Monitor and report on performance using data from Seller Centers, Shopify, and Meta Ads to help guide decisions. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure across marketing, content, and e-commerce and perfect for someone ready to grow with a fast-moving beauty brand. YOUR PROFILE We&aposre looking for a self-starter who lives and breathes e-commerce, loves skincare, and is ready to grow with a brand that moves fast and thinks big. What You'll Bring: 1-3 years experience in brand, marketing, or e-commerce roles (beauty/skincare experience is a huge plus!). Hands-on with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop. You understand listings, campaigns, platform tools, and how to drive visibility. Obsessed with beauty trends and what makes a product pop in a crowded market. Fluent in Instagram and other social platforms. You know what content works and why. Able to support our Growth & Creative teams in building strong creative briefs for Meta Ads that convert. Comfortable digging into dashboards, reading numbers, and spotting what's working (or what's not). Organized, detail-obsessed, and never misses a beat. A great teammate, clear communicator, easy to work with, and proactive in getting things done. Thrives in a fast-paced, startup culture where no two days are the same.
