- Lead and manage offshore commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project execution plans.
- Supervise commissioning teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Review and approve commissioning procedures, schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve commissioning issues promptly.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to ensure successful project delivery.
- Interface with project, operations, and HSE teams to achieve seamless handover to operations.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in offshore commissioning of gas processing and wellhead platforms.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with PSCs in Malaysia.
- Proven leadership skills with strong knowledge of commissioning practices, standards, and safety requirements.
