Digital Operations Analyst (IT MNC Pharma)

• Support the Operations Project Manager in driving digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives Digital Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Evaluate the feasibility of digital innovation projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s technology landscape and resource availability.
• Lead digital projects with strong project management capabilities, including planning, resource coordination, and adherence to Project Management and LEAN methodologies.
• Proactively manage and track project Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
• Deliver clear and timely project reporting, ensuring transparency and effective communication with the Board of Committees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adoption of digital initiatives.
• Serve as the escalation point for digital-related issues within the P2P Digital CoE.
• Support the Project Management Office by maintaining documentation, providing administrative support, performing data analysis, and fostering effective team communication.
• Assist in reviewing and updating processes to ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Degree in Data Science or Data Analytics, or Business Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Possess at least 1 years of work experience related to implementing digital solutions.
• Proven hands-on digital knowledge and practical experience with tools such as Python, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, VBA and other related automation or data analysis platforms.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP, Coupa, Kofax or Celonis would be an added advantage.
• Working experience in a shared service centre across a global /large organization will be an added advantage.
• May need to work globally across time zones and cultures.
