Finance Analyst (Hybrid)

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business planning and decision-making.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and financial modeling.

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and relevant regulations.
• Experience in the technology and telecoms industry is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tool
