The IT Business Analyst (Finance) will bridge the gap between technology and finance within the property industry, delivering solutions that drive operational efficiency. Act as the bridge between Finance management and technology delivery teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective system solutions.
Analyze and understand finance processes, P&L, and balance sheet requirements, with a focus on consolidation and reporting.
Work with finance stakeholders to identify pain points, streamline workflows, and recommend system enhancements.
Support and optimize finance systems, including IFCA and Oracle Consolidation tools.
Liaise with external vendors and internal developers to ensure successful project delivery.
Advocate for digital finance transformation by introducing automation, improving data integration, and enhancing reporting accuracy.

Strong finance domain knowledge, including consolidation processes, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
Experience with finance ERP systems (e.g., IFCA, Oracle FCC/FCCS, or equivalent).
