Our client is an international logistics company, looking for a Senior HR Executive. They are looking for a dynamic HR generalist who is well versed in local employment acts and regulations. Key Responsibilities: This position is responsible for implementing core HR functions across the organization. The key responsibilities include: i)Recruitment Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand current and future manpower requirements Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals and recruitment agencies to identify and attract top talent. ii)Compensation & Benefits Perform monthly payroll administration including accurate salary processing and submission of statutory contributions within deadlines. Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, leave entitlements, and other compensation-related matters. Assist in reviewing and optimizing compensation policies in line with employee feedback and market trends. Coordinate and track performance appraisals and confirmation reviews, ensuring documentation is complete and submitted on time. iii)Learning & Development Implement Training & Development Programs. Coordinate internal and external training sessions. Manage training provider engagement and HRDC grant applications in a timely and compliant manner. iv)Industrial Relations & Employee Relations Handling industrial relations matters Support employee relations activities and initiatives as needed v)Responsible for general office administration including building maintenance vi)Safety, Health & Environment matters vii)Any other ad hoc duties as assigned when needed. Qualifications: Bachelor of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR fields. Skills: Negotiation skills, communication skills.
