Spearhead the formulation and execution of comprehensive sustainability initiatives, encompassing environmental management, social responsibility, and governance programs.
Provide leadership in aligning and implementing the Group Sustainability Roadmap and Climate Strategy.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into decision-making processes.
Act as a liaison, ensuring effective communication and delivery of environmental-related initiatives across business divisions.
Conduct in-depth research and contribute to the development and execution of impactful environmental and social initiatives.
Stay abreast of sustainability reporting standards such as GRI Standards, SASB, SDGs, TCFD, and ISSB for continuous enhancement.
Ensure adherence to ESG standards, regulations, and reporting requirements, with a keen understanding of local disclosure mandates like Bursa, MCCG, and EPF.
Oversee the collation and analysis of key sustainability data, focusing on material environmental and governance disclosures.
Leverage strong analytical skills to scrutinise data and formulate meaningful sustainability metrics.
Familiarity with data analytic tools is advantageous for enhanced insights
Demonstrate expertise in project management for the seamless execution of sustainability initiatives.
Well-versed in both local and global sustainability trends, contributing to the organisation's adaptability and foresight.

Public-Listed|Market LeaderThe ideal Manager, Sustainability will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements;Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in corporate sustainability, showcasing success in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives.
Possess a robust understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards, including but not limited to GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives, covering environmental management, social responsibility, and governance programs.
Showcase strong analytical capabilities alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Exhibit a results-oriented, creative, and innovative approach, managing multiple projects simultaneously to deliver successful outcomes.
