In this role you will be responsible for delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering the best customer experience by providing the best service.Responsibilities
- Support the design of Brand growth strategy, setting milestones and formulating roadmaps
- Manage business analytics and regular business reviews on brand
- Identify brand acquisition targets and bottlenecks
- Project management on brand initiatives, such as brand-oriented campaigns, incubation through TSP (Tiktok Shop Partner) and showcase building
- Work closely and effectively with various stakeholders (e.g. Category team, Marketing team, etc.) to drive business resultsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce or BrandsPreferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in eCommerce Industry
- Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred.
