In this role, you will be responsible for the growth of TikTok Shop Platform.Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth activities.
- Collaborate with our teams in Southeast Asia to conduct external analysis on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positions (e.g. market segmentation and opportunity sizing) to derive findings and recommendations.
- Drive optimization & internal analysis of category & overall country sustainability initiatives. Develop recommendations & collaborate cross functionally for execution
- Business partnering : Become a trusted member of the country's leadership team and provide guidance on commercial strategy to the executive team.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to promote the optimization of governance, strategy, data and product teamsQualifications:Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years experience in consulting;
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skills.
- Good analysis skills and able to set up an action plan based on data and experience.Preferred Qualification
- Direct experience in eCommerce Industry are preferred.
- Proficient in management of financial analysis & reporting
