We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our growing team. This role is to plans and directs all aspects of Company's legal affairs and ensures all business policies and activities are managed correctly and in compliance with current laws. JOB DESCRIPTION Provide legal advice to the Company (where required) on operational matters, including areas of contract negotiations, product disclosures and etc. This includes negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, power of attorney, indemnity, affidavit and various types of agreements, drafting and verifying legal documents, handing arbitration/litigation cases etc if required. Identify new and emerging legal and regulatory issues specifically provide advice related to restructuring strategic business decisions. Prepare, draft, vet and negotiate legal documents and agreements. Ensure that the organization has adhered to the constitution and by-laws as well as the laws and regulations of Malaysia. To provide day-to-day legal support to management and various departments. To identify and assess legal issues and risks arising from the Company's commitments and transactions, and advice on the legal impact and formulate appropriate resolutions. To provide and coordinate legal solutions in line with the Company's commercial requirements and strategies. To conduct legal research on various topics in different jurisdictions.
