Assistant Security Manager (Miri)

• Retired police officer at least by Inspector rank
• Aged not more than 65 years old
• Prefer male
• Able to travel to Camp as & when required

• Plan and develop the overall department strategy
• Create, implement and communicate security policies and procedures
• Develop a security budget based on operations' needs
• Hire and onboard new personnel in accordance to manpower budget and requirement
• Measure and track department's performance regularly
• Ensure all personnel to adhere with company's rules and regulations
• Instill discipline among personnel
• Any duty from time to time
