- Output (strength and volume of talent pipelines leading to offers)
- Support end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Craft compelling job ads and engage hiring partners to attract top talent and maximize pipeline volume.
- Respond to applications and schedule interviews promptly, filling internal roles within 15-30 days, and AI project needs within days.
- Screen resumes, assessments, and assist with interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Prepare documentation and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring databases.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress across talent pipelines.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to align on requirements and candidate feedback.
- Optimize or automate one aspect of the hiring workflow to improve efficiency.
- Build upon our database of strategic talent partners for Chemin’s project needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver positive candidate and partner experiences.
- Support the Talent and Partnerships Team with day-to-day and ad hoc tasks.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or internships in relevant fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
- An academic background in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or similar.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- An excellent command of English - both written and verbal.
- Excels in operating in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven.
- Highly motivated by consistent, compounding progress from daily activities.
- Displays courage and ownership, taking responsibility to lead new initiatives.
- Approachable and enthusiastic with a heart for connecting with people from all walks of life.
- Analytical to identify process improvements backed by research and data.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
