  • Handle and approve payment instructions (Fiat and Digital Assets) raised by the trading desk; verify payment amounts and counterparty wallet information with accuracy and diligence.
  • Manage the organization’s cryptocurrency accounts and wallets held with custodians.
  • Oversee the end-to-end payment process, including releasing funds to counterparties, while ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and due diligence procedures.
  • Provide high-quality client service support, escalating and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments when required.
  • Support and manage various aspects of the firm’s business operations, including stakeholders relationship management.
  • Conduct ongoing operational risk assessments and implement effective controls to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including streamlining workflows and driving automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide informal guidance, and/or on the job training to new team members.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in a Middle Office, Client Services, or Cash Settlements role within financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field; equivalent Banking industry experience will be considered.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Shift Schedule:
Shift 1: Morning (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM SGT)
Shift 2: Evening (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SGT)
