Job Summary: The ESG Manager will lead and coordinate the company&aposs Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives to ensure compliance, enhance sustainability performance, and align with stakeholder expectations. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and strong reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor ESG strategies, policies, and programs. Prepare ESG disclosures, sustainability reports, and other stakeholder communications (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB, ISSB). Coordinate ESG data collection and analysis across departments. Monitor ESG-related regulatory developments and industry trends. Engage with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., investors, regulators, NGOs) on ESG matters. Assess and manage ESG-related risks and opportunities. Support ESG rating and ranking submissions (e.g., MSCI, CDP, Sustainalytics). Organize ESG training and awareness campaigns for employees. Work with procurement on sustainable supply chain initiatives. Advise management on ESG strategy integration and performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, Business, or related field. Master&aposs degree is a plus. 3-7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility. Familiarity with ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SDGs, UNGC, ISO 14001).
