Overview Of Role The Senior Executive will be responsible for the execution of Retail Digital Media activity (On and Off platform) and integrated off-platform media activities, building strong platform knowledge and supplier relationships, to autonomously deliver flawless testing and media plans, optimisation, and analysis. You will have experience running integrated campaigns for clients and be an excellent communicator, being able to clearly present campaigns to stakeholders. Responsibilities OFF-PLATFORM CAMPAIGN PLANNING Develop and execute innovative digital media strategies across major platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google, and other relevant channels, driving traffic and conversions to client e-commerce stores. Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted campaigns to reach desired customer segments. Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize performance towards client KPIs. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and platform updates. ON-PLATFORM CAMPAIGN PLANNING & EXECUTION Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns on major marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon, leveraging platform-specific advertising solutions such as Sponsored Discovery, Sponsored Ads, and Amazon Ads. Manage and optimize marketplace affiliate programs to maximize ROI. Collaborate with marketplace partners to identify new opportunities and leverage platform insights. Financial Reconciliation Manage campaign budgets and track spending across all platforms. Reconcile invoices and ensure accurate financial reporting. Provide clients with transparent and detailed campaign performance reports. Client Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Proactively communicate campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations. Team Collaboration Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and best practices. What You'll Need 2 years+ of experience in digital media planning and execution, with a strong focus on retail/e-commerce. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, including TikTok, Meta, Google, Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon. Knowledge of Paid Social, Programmatic planning and buying and other digital channels Deep understanding of marketplace advertising solutions and affiliate marketing programs. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting dashboards). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
