Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for addressing guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Additional duties include assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling guest complaints professionally, and coordinating with other departments to improve service delivery.
