About the job: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Payroll Executive to manage the full spectrum of payroll operations for approximately 500 contract employees across both Singapore and Malaysia. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of payroll systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 500 contract employees (SG & MY) Verify time attendance records to ensure accurate payment of hours Set up new employee payroll accounts in the payroll system Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation reports Ensure payroll compliance with local regulatory guidelines Handle employee income tax submissions Process monthly EPF and other government-mandated contributions Generate billing reports and invoices for clients post-payroll Develop and maintain SOPs for payroll as training guides for HR and payroll teams Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Qualifications : Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, especially in contractor payroll (monthly/hourly for 500 employees) Strong numerical aptitude and keen attention to detail Team player with confidence and multitasking ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality awareness Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets formulas Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws is a plus Experience in Singapore payroll is an added advantage What We Offer: Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy a hybrid work setup with flexibility to balance productivity and personal well-being.
