- Act as Employee Benefit subject matter expert in the Company, from onboarding to movement to claims.
- Meet the team sales targets in a timely manner.
- Train sales colleagues with non-insurance backgrounds to master Employee Benefits.
- Work with financial advisor representatives on prospects insurance restructuring.
- Identify and analyse selected market segments for various group products.
- Together with the sales team, prospect and ultimately secure leads appointments.
- Assist in servicing related matters for existing and new Employee Benefit clients.
- Follow up on outstanding premiums and claims excesses.
- Ensure BNM regulations and compliance requirements are met.
- Act as a liaison with insurance and Takaful operators.
- We are seeking individuals with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, brokering, sales management, and client interaction within the Malaysian insurance industry.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those interested in excelling in direct sales.
- No prior knowledge of insurance is necessary, as we offer comprehensive in-house training and support to ensure a quick and seamless integration. You will quickly become proficient in the field.
