  • To achieve the sales target of EB by working closely with the Regional Managers, Branch Managers, Business Managers, Cross Selling Executives and Product Champions of each branch.
  • To ensure persistency of renewal up to 85% by sending the renewal notification to clients on a timely basis and continue following up the renewal premium with clients.
  • To ensure timely collection of premium and handle bad debt and provisions.
  • To have close engagement with the Regional Managers, Branch Managers, Business Managers, Cross Selling Executives and Product Champions to work out an action plan to help the branches and region achieve their EB sales target.
  • To provide periodical reports to the Regional Managers, Branch Managers and Business Managers to update them regarding the performance of the EB.
  • To ensure appointment target can be achieved on a monthly basis with strong engagement at the ground level.
  • To conduct training to all the Product Champions, Branch Managers, Business Managers and Cross Selling Executives to ensure that they are well equipped with the knowledge of EB, empower the bank staffs towards the desired target and perform the lead generation activities optimally.
  • To conduct sales presentation to clients and secure the sales.
  • To implement all the identified marketing initiatives to achieve the sales result.
Sales Support
  • To provide POS servicing to all the EB clients under the regions in charged.
  • To closely supervise all pending claim cases and continuously engage and collaborate closely with the claim processing team to clear the claim cases and ensure all the claims will be paid to the insured members or the policy holders on time.
  • To liaise with the clients for all the pending claim documents, and appealing claim cases when required.
  • To act as primary contact in all issues related to EB risk protections, policy administration and claim assistance.
  • To provide pre-sales and after sales support to clients to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • To conduct briefing for client’s workforce to ensure their staff force are fully aware of the benefits of our EB program & infrastructures provided by our company to support the EB to ease the staff access to our services optimally.
  • To guide the HR personnel of clients to use our Corporate Portal when they are newly onboard with us. With the right familiarity with our system, they will be able to handle the EB programme optimally.
Build RelationshipTo build and maintain strong working relationship with bank staffs, to achieve the desired sales target and business objectives.OthersTo perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned to meet operational and/or other requirements.Job Requirements:
  • Tertiary education from any field of studies from a reputable University.
  • At least 2-3 years of validated experience in sales / Relationship Manager / Personal Banker.
  • Has the right tenacity to drive sales.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral).
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
