Establish and maintain contractual records, documentation and control of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents to ensure safety keeping for easy reference. Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence. Review and evaluate work orders and bill of quantities (BQ) from internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the contract. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in review and monitor the contractors' performance inclusive of quality, scope, cost and deliverables to ensure conformance with the contracts as well as ensuring reputable and competent contractors are listed for next projects. Perform measurement and monthly valuation on the post project to ensure compliance and issue certificate for final account. Prepare cost analysis for new rate and negotiate with Subcontractors and prepare documents for approval. Impact and influence contractors/ consultant on the cost and pricing for variation order to maximize the cost saving. Build and maintain effective relationship with external stakeholders such as suppliers / contractors and consultant to achieve mutual beneficial contracts and create competitive advantage for the company. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in cost control for all projects including submission of periodic financial statements, checking of variation claims and final accounts of all projects to ensure timely payment. Work closely with Contract Management in HQ for review at the specified intervals set and provide input on the project and contractual matters to ensure alignment and compliance to standard requirement.
