Strong knowledge of construction contracts (PAM, FIDIC, JCT, etc.).
Proficient in claims preparation, valuations, and final accounts.
Familiar with construction/measurement software ( Glodon, etc.) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong negotiation & follow-up skills (to secure payments/certifications).
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and review tenders, contracts, and costings for projects.
Lead negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Oversee progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Monitor and control project costs to meet budget targets.
Supervise and guide junior contract staff.
