- Responsible for the development & implementation of the projects assigned, direct and advice on technical issues.
- Leading and managing the project, design, and consultant teams in all stages of the projects until completion.
- Determining the project time-line and ensuring deliverable are completed ideally.
- Maintain consistent collaboration between stakeholders and local authorities to ensure smooth running of projects.
- Monitoring work progress and ensuring compliance to approved specifications and quality.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years experience in property development/construction
- Past experiences in high rise residential or mixed developments
- Track record in end-to-end project development and management is necessary
