- To manage the design development of respective projects in accordance to project brief and updated market trends
- To collaborate with Sales & Marketing to ensure an accurate reflection of market demands within the product
- To collaborate with Contract and Implementation team in value engineering and design enhancements
- To lead the approval matters in regards to local authorities
- To oversee the consultants during tender stage
- To implement various project control activities to ensure compliance of the following - budget, time line, and standards of quality
- To coordinate the approval and applications of strata plan and title
- To assist in the handover of vacant possession, defects and it's rectifications
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. Management style of the manager is macro-management and believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has good team spirit working under this manager.skills & experiences required
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Architecture/ Construction Management or any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in property development with project experiences in high-rise residential or mixed development
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Good communication skills
