What this means for you is the opportunity to be a part of delivering innovative solutions and helping to solve real business problems for a wide variety of valued clients.ResponsibilitiesThe Specialist will Provide HR & Payroll transaction processing support to Clients as part of a world-class, high-performance shared service organizationProvide full employee life cycle management. This will include serving as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries relating to HR Services, Payroll Services, and Benefits services via telephone, email, and Action Request System (ARS) as well as performing HR administration in line with company policies/guidelines and country-specific legislationProvide quality HR processing support to the Client by attending to and processing customer requests as assigned accurately and in a timely manner, resolving issues and inquiries, and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolutionPerforms HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, loan and payment administration and claims verification, time & attendance data administration, medical benefits administration, and claims processingAccomplishes special project results by identifying opportunities for continuousimprovement and delivering value-added services to the ClientsProvide quality payroll processing support to the Clients by attending to and processing payroll ad hoc and regular monthly requests accurately and in a timely mannerResolve issues and inquiries and escalate operational issues to the relevantparties for resolutionFunctional TasksHiringMovement & Organization ManagementCessationEmployee Data Update and Benefit ManagementTime & Attendance ManagementPayroll ProcessingRequirementsBachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resource Management1 or more years of HR working experience preferably in a shared service or outsourcing environmentFamiliar working with SAP HR or other HRMS systemGood customer service skills with an ability to handle multiple transactions and customer requestsPreferably with experience processing outsourced HR for different countriesExperience working in large, diverse teamsFresh graduates are welcome to applyOur Culture and BenefitsDXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
