Job Description Coordinate Cross Regional activities in project phase or commodity topics Responsible and leading related Purchasing activities in New Product Development (NPI) Support and executing related involved commodity strategies, quality and cost responsibility to ensure project launch on targeted time frame As the main contact interfaced to project team / production on commercial and supplier quality Prepare and aligned responsible sourcing strategies for each commodity that apply in product development phase Accountable and a driver for cost saving activities related commodity topic Responsible for achievement of Best Costs in Product Group (Benchmarking, cost saving activities) before/after SOP Support Annual Price Negotiation by providing new potential business opportunities of new projects in pipe-line Qualifications Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Commercial or it's equivalent with relevant working experience in projects and procurement management desirable engineering background with electronics components design ). Fresh grad with positive mindset are highly recommended to apply Knowledge and experience of new product development [NPI] as added advantage High level of result oriented and target achievement attitude Strong interpersonal communication leadership skills and negotiation skills required High ability to manage complex and difficult situation with full courage and accountability Strategic thinking with high analytical skills Always Committed and motivated
