You will oversee the end-to-end delivery process-from understanding client requirements to coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely deployment. Here&aposs How You Will Add Value: Lead the implementation and delivery of solutions to clients, ensuring adherence to project requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and technical requirements, providing expert guidance on solution deployment strategies. Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client expectations. Develop a deep understanding of the company&aposs solutions to effectively address client queries, provide technical recommendations, and drive innovation in solution delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact solution delivery and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communication, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure accountability. Contribute to the enhancement of delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in solution deployment. What you&aposll need to succeed: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Certification in ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous Work Experience 5+ years of relevant experience in solution delivery, project management, preferably in technology or fintech Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Strong technical acumen, understands and able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate, and influence stakeholders Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
