- Liaising with clients for FCL / LCL / Export shipments arrangements, documentations and inquiries.
- Coordinating with ocean carriers, hauliers, warehouses and local vendors for shipments arrangement and deliveries.
- Ensure the preparation of quotation time basis with sufficient details and follow up.
- Attend & assists indoor meetings with customer on related matter.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Handling and understand customer's enquiry and respond accordingly.
- Liaise with customer on the daily basis for shipment arrangements.
- Coordinate with Operations on daily basis for shipment arrangement.
- Undertake any others duties as requested by department head or management.
Good Team Player, independent and self motivated-Candidate with INCOTERM knowledge is an added advantage.-Able to work independently and under pressure with confident skill level
