- Seamless Transition: Actively collaborate with the sales team to assume client responsibility during the handover phase, ensuring smooth coordination and successful implementation of fleet solutions.
- Cross-Functional Enablement: Coordinate and guide internal specialist teams to bolster up-selling initiatives (e.g., specialized consulting, light commercial vehicles, sale & leaseback options, flexible solutions).
- Performance Adherence: Consistently meet all agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) established with clients.
- Information Management: Maintain robust client relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring all client data, opportunities, meeting summaries, and pertinent information are accurately recorded within specified timeframes.
- Market Intelligence: Provide qualitative and quantitative insights through regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses, actively utilizing and promoting the company's online fleet reporting tools.
- Competitive Awareness: Proactively stay informed about competitor activities, prospective client developments, and broader industry trends.
- Brand Alignment: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to corporate and brand values, ensuring they are consistently reflected in all customer interactions.
- A university degree in a business discipline or an equivalent academic qualification.
- Fluent command of business English, both in written and verbal communication. Proficiency in a second or third language (such as Malay or Chinese) is highly advantageous.
- Practical proficiency in fundamental Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A minimum of five years of experience in sales and management within a customer service or fleet management context.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, including a self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset for generating new business within a B2B environment.
- Exceptional capability to communicate and engage effectively at both local and international levels.
- Highly developed verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor; strong professional writing abilities; proven project management expertise; and effective negotiation skills.
