  • Portfolio Development: Cultivate, expand, and manage a strategic client base to identify and realize new commercial opportunities.
  • Key Account Nurturing: Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with high-value accounts, closely monitoring their progress and performance, and orchestrating the execution of both internal and external processes.
  • Opportunity Maximization: Forecast and prioritize initiatives to optimize potential and achieve annual targets, aligning with the overarching commercial strategy.
  • Client Advocacy: Ensure and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty to reach targeted advocacy scores.
  • Solution Crafting: Analyze client requirements to pinpoint the most beneficial value propositions and formulate tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic account plans for core customer segments, with a particular emphasis on the local operations of key international clients.
  • Stakeholder Mapping: Identify crucial decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, subsequently developing appropriate relationship engagement strategies.
  • Tender Management: Oversee the coordination and pricing of competitive bids to ensure timely and accurate submission.
  • Seamless Transition: Actively collaborate with the sales team to assume client responsibility during the handover phase, ensuring smooth coordination and successful implementation of fleet solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Coordinate and guide internal specialist teams to bolster up-selling initiatives (e.g., specialized consulting, light commercial vehicles, sale & leaseback options, flexible solutions).
  • Performance Adherence: Consistently meet all agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) established with clients.
  • Information Management: Maintain robust client relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring all client data, opportunities, meeting summaries, and pertinent information are accurately recorded within specified timeframes.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide qualitative and quantitative insights through regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses, actively utilizing and promoting the company's online fleet reporting tools.
  • Competitive Awareness: Proactively stay informed about competitor activities, prospective client developments, and broader industry trends.
  • Brand Alignment: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to corporate and brand values, ensuring they are consistently reflected in all customer interactions.

  • A university degree in a business discipline or an equivalent academic qualification.
  • Fluent command of business English, both in written and verbal communication. Proficiency in a second or third language (such as Malay or Chinese) is highly advantageous.
  • Practical proficiency in fundamental Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in sales and management within a customer service or fleet management context.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including a self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset for generating new business within a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional capability to communicate and engage effectively at both local and international levels.
  • Highly developed verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor; strong professional writing abilities; proven project management expertise; and effective negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content precisely to the audience's needs.
  • Exhibits robust organizational capabilities and the capacity to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Adept at analyzing data to provide superior operational support and achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of pertinent products, operational processes, and internal systems.
  • Proficient in maintaining timely and accurate client records within CRM systems (specifically Salesforce).
  • Possesses experience actively collaborating within a team setting, while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously.
  • Maintains a strong grasp of commercial and business principles at an operational level.
  • Consistently assumes full ownership and accountability for all internal and external actions.
